A special Veterinary Clinical Camp was organized by College of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry, Junagadh Agricultural University, Junagadh in collaboration with Polytechnic in Agriculture, Dhari on 4th February, 2015 at Sukhpur village. In this camp Dr. M.V. Ramdevputra, Principal, Polytechnic in Agriculture was present on the occasion and graced the function. Dr. Bhavika Patel and Dr. K. H. Parmar, along with postgraduate students from clinical departments were actively involved in the clinical camp. Large animals from Sukhpur and surrounding villages were brought for the treatment in the camp. During the camp, two hundred eighty three (283) large animals were treated for different medical, surgical and gynaecological ailments. In the camp different clinical cases were treated such as two hundred seventy one (271) Medicines, seven (07) Surgery, five (05) Gynaecology. A total of twenty seven animal owners (27) were direct beneficiaries of the camp. Different species of large animals of Sukhpur and surrounding villages got specialized treatment from the expert staff members of the College.
