Thalasemia Camp  : A Thalasemia camp was organised in collaboration with Indian Red Cross Society, Ahmedabad. The function was chaired and inaugurated by Dr. N. C. Patel, Hon'ble Vice Chancellor of this university. In this camp 379 students were examined by the doctors of IRCS.

Two animal Health camps were arranged on 23-11-09 and 30-11-09 at village Balagam (Ta.Keshod) and Khorasa (Ta.Vanthli) respectively, by the collage of Veterinary Science, J A U, Junagadh, in which animals were treated by Dewarming. Artificial insemination and castration services were also provided to farmers' animal in the same village.
