Narendra Singh Tomar, Union Minister of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare virtually inaugurated the ‘Virtual Classrooms and Agri-Diksha Web Education Channel' on April 16, 2021.  Junagadh Agricultural University have been selected amongst the 18 elite universities by the ICAR-IASRI, New Delhi for setting up the virtual classroom facility under the National Agricultural Higher Education Project. Dr. V P Chovatia, Vice Chancellor, JAU inaugurated the facility in the presence of university officers.  Dr. Chovatia informed that this state-of-art technology allows the blend of learning media to have a better comprehension of the subjects.
