A special Veterinary Clinical Camp was organized by Bhanvad Mahajan Panjarapol Gaushala, Bhanvad in collaboration with College of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry, Junagadh Agricultural University and Animal Husbandry Department, Devbhumi Dwarka district on 22^nd Oct, 2018 at Bhanvad, which was sponsored by Gangani Parivar (USA). Dr. J. S. Patel, Dr. R. H. Bhatt, Dr. A. A. Vagh, Dr. J. V. Vadaliya, Dr. K. H. Parmar and Dr. Binodkumar along with undergraduate and postgraduate students from clinical departments were actively involved in the clinical camp. Sizable number of animals from Bhanvad and surrounding villages were brought for the treatment in the camp. During the camp, four hundred thirty nine (439) animals were treated for different medical, surgical and gynecological ailments. In the camp, different clinical cases were treated such as three hundred ninety (390) Medicines, fourteen (14) Gynaecology, thirty five (35) Surgery. Additionally, forty five thousand three hundred twenty five (45325) animals were dewormed with anthelmintic. A total three hundred thirty two (332) livestock owners were direct beneficiaries of the camp. Different species of animals of Bhanvad and surrounding villages got specialized treatment from the expert staff members of the College.
