Research team from Department of Biotechnology, JAU, Junagadh include Assistant Professor Dr. Shraddha Bhatt, Associate Professor Dr. Rukamsingh Tomar and Research Fellow Dr. Kavita Joshi have achieved the results for anticancer activity from Gir cow urine extract against four cancer cell lines i.e., Lung, Kidney, Cervix and Mouth.
For this remarkable work Junagadh Agricultural University has achieved tremendous positive response from India and Abroad. The team is still working on rest of the cancer cell lines and trying to help society.
