Junagadh Agricultural University arranged a special programme on to commemorate the 127th Birth Anniversary of the Father of the Indian Constitution & Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar
Under your valuable guidance and inspiration of Dr. A.R. Pathak, Hon'ble Vice Chancellor Junagadh Agricultural University arranged a special programme to commemorate the birthday of the Father of the Indian Constitution Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar on the eve of 127th Birth anniversary on April,13th,2018 in the Conference hall, College of Agriculture.
This special programme was presided over by Dr. A.R. Pathak, Hon'ble Vice Chancellor in the presence of Chief guest and Speaker Dr. N.U. Gohil, Former Principal of N.P. Arts & Commerce College, Keshod, guest of honor Mayor of Junagadh Municipal Corporation Smt. Adhyashaktiben Majmudar, Dr. V.P. Chovatiya, Director of Research, Dr. A.M. Parakhia, Director, Extension Education and Registrar, Dr. P.V. Patel, Director, Students' Welfare, social leaders Sarva Shri B.T. Mevada and Jitubhai Manvar and Altaf Kureshi, President Sorath Yuva Mandal, Junagadh.
At the onset Dr. A.R. Pathak, Hon'ble Vice Chancellor and all the dignitaries paid flower tribute to the Photo of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar followed by welcome address by Dr. P. V.Patel, Director, Students' Welfare. As a part of Birth anniversary celebration a special lecture of Dr. N.U. Gohil, Former Principal of N.P. Arts & Commerce College, Keshod, was arranged. In his lecture Dr. Gohil gave brief details of Dr. Baba sahib Ambedkar that, during his childhood how he could come out to become father of the Indian Constitution by lots of struggling and contributed for the social justice to the people of India through the Constitution. Dr. A.R. Pathak, Hon'ble Vice Chancellor in his presidential address appreciated the lecture delivered by Dr. N.U. Gohil and appeal to all the faculties and students to follow the message of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar to work hard in your life to achieve the goal.
In this programme about 75 University Officers, faculties, Staff and Students remained present.
