A Trividh sanman Programme for felicitation of the meritorious children of Krushi Parivar(including permanent labour to Class -1 officers), recipient of Best Teacher's Award and Retired teachers/Scientist was organized on August 9, 2015 at Conference hall of College of Veterinary Science & A.H., JAU, Junagadh.
The programme was Chaired by Dr. A.R. Pathak, Hon'ble Vice Chancellor and inaugurated by Smt. Kailashben Pathak, President, Krushi Parivar Mahila Mandal, in the presence of Dr. P.R. Godhani, Hon'ble Member, Board of Management, Junagadh Agricultural University, Dr. A.M. Parakhia, Director, Extension Education, Dr. P.V. Patel, President, Junagadh Agricultural Teachers' Association (JAUTA) & Director, Students' Welfare, Deans & Principals of College of Agriculture, College of Agril. Engineering & Tech, College of Veterinary, Head of the Deaprtments, teachers, staff, students and members of press media. Dr. P.V. Patel, President, Junagadh Agricultural Teachers' Association (JAUTA) & Director, Students' Welfare, during his welcome speech said about the objectives of felicitation programme. Dr. V.J. Bhatiya, gave a brief report of activties of the Teachers Association and said that, this falicitation programme has been organized since last 18 years as a mark of motivation, encouragement of the meritorious children of Krushi parivar. During this programme 27 meritorious children were awarded memento and certificates, 19 mothers of the meritorious children were also felicitated by Smt. Kailashben Pathak, President Krushi Parivar Mahila Mandal. Three teachers who were selected as best teachers were felicitated and 20 teachers/ Scientists who retired from the University Services and are going to be retired up to December-2015 were also felicitated.
